Health Coaching:
Since every individual is unique there can be no one-size-fits-all approach to health coaching. As your coach I will work with you to identify your goals and develop a health and wellness program that caters to your special needs.
Over the course of your program you will:
- Set and accomplish your health targets
- Explore new foods and adjust your diet
- Increase your energy
- Become more in-tune with your body and its needs
As my client you will benefit from:
- Two one-hour phone or in-person sessions per month plus unlimited email support between sessions
- Personalized dietary advice specific to your health goals (including menu planning and recipes)
- A variety of handouts, books, DVDs and other materials
- Lifestyle adjustments for your health and well-being

Weight-Loss Coaching:
The path to weight loss can be a difficult one. It calls for both physical and psychological efforts which can often leave one feeling frustrated and impatient. This weight-loss counseling program is designed to help you overcome these hurdles to achieve your weight target. I definitely will not be emphasizing crash-dieting techniques in our session. On the other hand, I will guide you towards healthier food and lifestyle choices to ensure that you lose weight healthily and to help the weight stay off, even after your program is complete.
During your sessions we will:
- Emphasize setting realistic (and healthy) targets
- Identify and tackle the different factors that have made weight-loss difficult in the past
- Evaluate and adjust your dietary and lifestyle choices
- Plan low-fat yet deliciously healthy meals
You will also learn how to effectively shop for the healthiest foods at your grocery store without being tempted by impulse, junk purchases.
As with my regular health coaching program, you will benefit from:
- Two one-hour phone or in-person sessions per month, with unlimited email support
- Personalized dietary and lifestyle advice
- Handouts, recipes, DVDs and other valuable resources.

Detox Programs:
This isn’t one of those severe, “drink nothing but juice” detox programs. I don’t believe in “shocking” your body into health. On the other hand, this detox gradually introduces whole, clean foods into your routine in order to “crowd out” the unhealthy choices we make which leave our bodies fatigued and dissatisfied. By the end of the program you will be left feeling balanced, energized and refreshed.
I will provide you with everything you need to complete this detox: you will receive detailed information on what foods you should be eating, health coaching support and a plethora of recipes, handouts and instructions to help you on your journey.
